​Our trademark services are largely dependent on how you are currently using your mark. All of our flat fees include the initial database search, as well as the government's filing fee. These fees are per mark, per class. If you:

• are currently using the mark, you will need to file an Use in Commerce application: $1,500.00.

• are not currently using the mark, but will be soon, you need to file an Intent to Use application: $1,000.00.

• have previously filed an Intent to Use application and are now using your  mark, you will need to file a Statement of Use: $400.00.

Most clients have a family of branding materials that they would like to have trademarked, but doing everything at once can be pricey. Therefore, we also offer monthly payment plans for registration of several marks, so the flat fee can be paid over time.

$350 and/or  retainer

​Aside from our IP Legal Subscription, we do offer retainers for specific mark/work enforcement (a monthly cost to monitor others' use of a mark or infringement on your works) or flat fee for preparation of cease and desist letters. Typically, the flat fee for a cease and desist letter will start at $350. The retainer will be quoted and decided upon after a consultation regarding the mark/work.

$400 - $650

Our Copyright fees are based on what sort of work you would like registered and whether or not it has been published. Fees vary depending on the number of authors, claimants, whether there is an assignment, etc.

Your ability to maximize your rights under a registered copyright depends on when you apply. To get the most bang for your registration, you need to apply within 90 days of "publishing" your work, or putting it out into the world. To have the presumption that your work actually belongs to you alone, you need to apply within 5 years of publishing your work.

We will work with you on the strategy surrounding the timing for publishing and registering your works. The most critical point is prioritizing works based on a timeline that maximizes your rights.

$500 - $2,000 and/or retainer

If you are finally to the point where you can monetize your brand/works, we can help. Our assignments/licenses are prepared and reviewed on a flat fee basis, always. We determine at the outset what you are looking for and we will quote you a flat fee for the documentation. Because assignments and licenses vary greatly in the rights they give and restrict, it is difficult to quote a flat rate before meeting with you on your goals for the document.

$200 / mo. 

We want to make enforcing your IP rights, whether trademark or copyright easy. We offer a variation of our legal subscription, tailored to those with intellectual property. The monthly cost is all you will pay, no additions, carve-outs, etc.
